Where do I even start with how horrible my experience was with Fitment Industries... I placed an order almost 3 months ago for just under a thousand dollars for a performance tuned suspension setup by Eibach that they have for sale on the Fitment industries website consisting of a front and rear sway bar and front and rear lowering spring package. The only thing that they did quickly was take my $960.00... i then had to wait almost a month and a half just to receive the lowering springs and this is were it really got bad, over the course of the next 3 months I had to reach out constantly every 2-3 weeks at a time by email asking customer service where in the heck my sway bar kit was and if and when it was going to ship out, over and over and over I continued to get the same lousy response from Fitment Industries making excuse after excuse pushing out the shipment date again and again and again giving me the run around, blaming the ridiculous hold up on their Vendor. After 3 damn months I again reach out via email asking what the heck is going on, and after I paid them $960 for sway bars I still hadnt recieved and lowering springs still sitting in the box that I couldn't install because of missing 2/3 of my order that are supposed to be installed at the same time, I finally once again get a reply from Fitment Industries, this time informing me that the "Vendor" got back to them and said the sway bars are discontinued and that I would not be receiving them at all Period, meaning that for 3 Fu**ing months Fitment Industries gave me the run around LYING TO ME saying, " spoke to the vendor your sway bars are shipping out in 2 weeks" then " spoke to the vendor your sway bars are shipping out beginning of next month", then again "spoke to the vendor your sway bars are shipping out the middle of next month now" and then finally, " spoke to the vendor your sway bars are discontinued we will have to refund your money, WHATTTTTT THE F*******KKKKK?! The Vendor wouldn't keep pushing out the date 2-3 weeks 4 times in a row just to end up saying after 3 months of promises to ship that all of of sudden they are discontinued without fulfilling the order at all whatsoever,, so now I not only still don't have the sway bars I needed to replace on my vehicle and have to wait who knows how long to get my money back but now have to wait to be able to return these lowering springs that I no longer want or need and get my $330 back for them as well, never in my life have I ever spent a thousand dollars with a company to be treated the way I was by Fitment Industries, completely false/inaccurate advertising of parts on their site that they never plan to fulfill on your order, they NEVER, NOT EVEN ONE SINGLE TIME, EVER took responsibility for anything that happened, and blamed everything continuously on "their vendor" After they in fact made up bull$#*! excuses month after month lying to me and insulting my intelligence multiple times, worst company I have EVER done business with and I spend 15K - 20K in aftermarket Performance parts with dozens of other companies every year for my vehicles never have I been F**cked around, lied to and insulted like I have by Fitment Industries, do yourself a Gigantic favor and buy your car parts from someone else because they will F*ck You for months at a time and give you nothing for your money and make it a pain in the as* to get your money back, Buyer Beware!
I'm just so frustrated I'm still waiting for my wheels it's been over a month I picked out my favorite wheels on February 5th and I got them because they WERENT on back order then I get a text a few days later that my order is on back order. I then change my order because I don't want to wait so I pick some other wheels and they say there on back order as well DO THEY HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK? They proceed to make me pay to get them redrilled and I pay and I PAY EXTRA FOR THE WHEEL difference and all I get is a free ceramic coating and I never get a update all they say is that they take a few days to get redrilled. I want a REAL response I keep getting notifications on my phone on the process but it seems like it's just going backwards they send me a confirmation then say it's inbound then go back to waiting for confirmation. My car has been on jack stands for over a month and I keep telling the company that. I have had my tires come already this is just ridiculous. I will never ever order from this company again. If you want to wait weeks to get your wheels and no real updates on WHERE THE HELL YOUR WHEELS ARE then this is the right company

I purchased a set of wheels and went to track my order later to find that the website didn't have an order, I called and spoke to Carlos who showed that the email I provided was not typed correctly. He emailed me my tracking information and gave me an update on my wheels. 5 stars from me
Contacting them is simple and easy. They take a very long time to reply. Also they said my tires weren't on back order which I ordered them because they weren't, just to get notified that they gave those tires away to someone else and I have to wait on the back order. I asked for a refund, still haven't gotten a reply or my refund yet...
I placed 1800 dollar order throught fitment industries and a day later somebody totalled my vw jetta. I called them twice to let them know to not ship the order because i had no vehicle to put the rims on. 2 days after my 2nd call the order shipped.
I called them back they put a note to fed ex to return the items not to deliver.
Its been 2 months and i still have no one to talk to about it? Where is my 1800 dollars? My guess is as good as yours... my advice to anyone reading this review (do not order anything from this people)
You are gonna loose your money.
Spent over 2700 and had lots of problems and $#*! products and they would not help fix any problems and would not send new product to replace faulty items that were sent to me... save your money go thru tire rack
I purchased a set of four tires (just tires - no wheels, no mounting, balancing or anything complicated) that were in stock. A week later my order still hasn't moved from "order being prepped". Emailed customer service, no response yet. I thought I would give these guys a try, but I'll be cancelling my order if I don't get a response by tomorrow. TireRack would have shipped already.

Bought a wheel and tire package, mounted and balanced, plus tpms sensors, plus ceramic coating. 2 days after putting the wheels on I had issues with 3 of the sensors, then I noticed that one of the tires had been mounted backwards, then I found out they didn't even ceramic coat the wheels. I understand mistakes happen but that's more than 1 mistake on the same order. I thought I could spend the extra money to have them all ready to go when they arrived, but instead I had to go back and fix half of the issues myself. It was a bit disappointing. Rims and tires look nice though so there's that at least

Fitment industries has made my first online wheel buying experience awesome. The wheels and tires came extremely fast, with no damage to the items being shipped. They fit perfectly. I also had a t-shirt ordered and I messed up my address and it got returned. Well Derrick from the fitment team responded extremely fast and made everything right and got me another t-shirt on the way to my home. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Thanks Derrick!
I dealt with these guys a while ago. Bought wheels, tires and coilovers all at once and figured they'd take care of me. Got everything I ordered except the lug nuts. They quickly next day aired me the wrong lug nuts. Then did it again, and again and after the fourth time they tried calling me a liar and saying I wasn't putting them on correctly. I finally got the right lugs and got the wheels on. The tires were balanced horribly, I got them rebalanced and Fitment industries paid for it. On top of all this hassle I had to go through, I was mistakenly charged a fee from fed ex. I told Fitment industries about this mistake and they stated they would take care of it and to ignore anymore letters. I then began receiving letters stating I am being sent to collections. One call to fed ex got it all cleared up and even found out Fitment industries never contacted fed ex about the charge like they told me they would do. These people are liars and do not care about keeping good customers. The company needs an insane amount of help before I would ever consider purchasing through them.
Bryce helped me out and sent me a new spline key free of charge, I've searched everywhere for a new one and should have just called sooner! Couldn't be more grateful right now!

Why they are more open and have more variation and they are verified to give you the best fitment for your car and they will make it easier for you to install for your specific car!
